Louie is now 4 months old! It is so hard to believe it. I'd like to say that time has flown by, but it really hasn't. We have moved into our new house and are still in the unpacking phase. Well, we are really still in the stacking boxes stage. We still have boxes stacked in the dining room, front bedroom, and back bedroom. More than anything we just open up a box to figure out which room to stack it in and then close the door. There has been some adjustment to living in the suburbs. Charlie and Izzy are still city dogs at heart and have no idea what the backyard is for. We still have to walk them in the front yard on the concrete to get them to go potty. Silly dogs! We're become friendly with our neighbors too. Last Saturday night, 4 households sat in our driveway and got to know each other over tasty spirits until wee hours in the morning. We have a good group of people around us, and funny enough two of our neighbors also have Pomeranians! I think we will like it here!
Louie is getting so big and active! He is 15.6 pounds and 24 inches tall. He loves to talk and laugh at his Daddy and Granddad! His favorite thing to do is JUMP! The jumperoo has become our best friend because he is getting too heavy to hold for the length of time he wants to jump. He has found his feet! I don't think he's going to be sucking on his toes anytime soon because his belly is far too big to work around! He's still a pretty serious baby, but does have his moments of pure sweetness! Anyone who knows Lou and I can tell that Louie is our son for sure! He likes things his way!! He has also discovered Izzy! Anytime she walks by, which is getting fewer now, Louie reaches for her and sometimes comes back with a fist full of fuzzy tail hair. He's not really certain about Charlie yet. I suppose it is because Charlie likes to french kiss him and Louie isn't about kisses yet.
Well, I thought this was going to be a longer post, but Louie is calling for his Momma! I'll try to update soon with pictures.
